  Mommyoftwo1978 ...my newspaper lady ALWAYS delivers at 3:30 in the morning-rain, sleet, snow or darkest of night..could be because she has another job she needs to be at later....She will not be fined. And it has nothing to do with whether she got a Christmas Bonus or not...she is dedicated. What has happened to the world? Back in the 60's nothing stopped the USPS from delivering the mail when snow was deeper than what this snow was. I am all for safety, but sometimes the rules are abused. Enjoy your day.
