CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. — A Chambersburg man was charged with aggravated assault on a public official after Pennsylvania State Police said he head-butted a trooper Monday morning.
Michael Harden, 20, of South Hackberry Drive, was also charged with resisting arrest, possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana, possession with intent to deliver cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal mischief and institutional vandalism, police said.
Harden was a passenger in a vehicle pulled over at 4:15 a.m. on U.S. 30 near Main Street, Fayetteville, Pa., police said. The driver, Crystal Menter of Chambersburg, was wanted on warrants from Adams County and was charged with driving under the influence, police said.
