MARTINSBURG, W.Va. — Two people were killed early Saturday in a single-vehicle accident near the intersection of Hammonds Mill Road and St. Andrews Drive in Berkeley County, according to a Berkeley County Sheriff’s Department press release.

Stacy Ray Prochazka, 34, of Hedgesville, W.Va., and Amy Renee Webb, 23, of Knoxville, Md., were pronounced dead at the scene, deputies said.

Prochazka was driving a green Ford F-350 west on Hammonds Mill Road about midnight when the vehicle ran off the side of the road and struck a tree, deputies said.

Both were trapped inside the vehicle and had to be extricated, deputies said.
