Smithsburg keeps snow removal contractor
SMITHSBURG — Smithsburg Town Council members agreed Tuesday night to keep the same contractor for snow removal during the coming winter, Town Manager Betsy Martin said Wednesday.
Council members agreed to hire Brian Semler to conduct snow removal.
Martin did not have a cost of the contract because she said there are different rates for various types of equipment that might have to be used.
