Car hits Hagerstown house

A car sits where it accidentally was driven into the rear of a house at 24 Berner Ave. in Hagerstown around 9:40 a.m. Wednesday. The crash occurred when the driver was attempting to back the car into the nearby alley and the accelerator stuck, Hagerstown Police Department Sgt. Paul Kifer said. No charges will be filed in the accident, Kifer said.
