Justin Keough and Nicole Vaughn of Minnesota are engaged and plan a December 28th wedding at White Bear Lake, MN. Parents of the couple are Don & Marilyn Keough of Nemo, SD and Diane Vaughn & the late David Vaughn of Bismarck, ND. The groom-to-be attended at the South Dakota School of Mines & Technology & is an engineer at 3M. The bride-to-be attended University of St. Thomas, MN & works in Centerville School District, teaching elementary students with Autism.
