Looking Back: Harrodsburg woman's postcard collection featured in new book

Above, a postcard sends greetings from High Bridge, located below the confluence of Kentucky and Dix rivers and across from Shaker Landing. High Bridge spans the Kentucky River between Mercer and Jessamine counties. Below, Travelers use the outside counter to enjoy food at Chinn¿s Cave House near Brooklyn Bridge. The Cave House was built in 1929 by Col. George Chinn, a Mercer County native, who got the idea when he visited Bat Cave in North Carolina.
