Junior League of Baltimore's Boutique Warehouse Sale

The unfinished space of the ground floor in Harbor East's Legg Mason Tower became a fashionista mecca. On March 8, Junior League of Baltimore filled the space with more than two dozen mini versions of Baltimore-area boutiques -- each offering all sorts of fashions, treasures and bargains. Some 200 shoppers attended the event, which also included cocktails, hors d'oeuvres and sweet treats.
