This is the dracula costume. If Teddy Bean was choosing his trick-or-treat outfit, he might have picked this one. That's because as a pup that doesn't like things on his head, and would rather not have anything touching his tail or back legs -- this one fit the bill. It's essentially a silky little t-shirt with a built-in bow tie and a gold medallion, and then a black cape that's lined with red satin that attaches on to the back. He vants to have a treat!
