Artscape 2011

"Mother Artscape," a sculpture by Vincent Valerio, is hoisted above the grounds near the Mount Royal Station where it will stand 16 feet high. The face will light up at night, and people will be able to go under the sculpture which will have a skirt attached. Valerio is a graduate art student at Towson University.
