Glimpsed at RAW Baltimore's Provocations: Anne Alquist

Anne Alquist, 22, captutred a look she calls "effortless elegance" in the outfit she wore to RAW Baltimore's Provocations event at Luckie's Tavern. The model and environmental sustainability student at Shepherd University was in a purple and white striped jersey French Connection dress from TJ Maxx and tan mid-calf boots she found at Goodwill for $7. "I was, like, this was meant to me -- my size, my favorite style," she says. The Harpers Ferry, West Virginia, resident added crystal drop earrings from Banana Republic and a mix of bangle bracelets on one arm. She wrapped a long silver chain necklace -- that had been her mother's -- around the other wrist and pinky. The gold clutch was originally owned by her great aunt in Sweden.
