The 20-inch-x-9½-inch mask ($290) comes from the Ibo people - the third largest tribe in Africa - in <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PLGEO00000117" title="Nigeria" href="/topic/intl/nigeria-PLGEO00000117.topic">Nigeria</a>.<br>
