Against proposed gun control legislation

Howard County elementary school teacher Robert Richardson took a day off school Friday to advocate against proposed gun-control laws in <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PLGEO100100602010000" title="Annapolis" href="/topic/us/maryland/anne-arundel-county/annapolis-PLGEO100100602010000.topic">Annapolis</a>. Richardson says the proposals wouldn't make schools any safer.
