The winningest pitcher in club history, Palmer logged 268 victories and posted eight 20-win seasons in a 19-year career starting in 1965. The Hall of Fame right-hander won three Cy Young Awards and four Gold Gloves, rebounding time and again from arm woes. His 53 shutouts are a club record. |
