Fort McHenry Guard

Part of the Fort McHenry Guard salute during the singing of the National Anthem. Gov. Martin O'Malley, Baltimore mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake, Jose Fuentes, Chairman Operation Sail, and U.S. Navy Rear Adm. Bill Moran jointly announced the Star-Spangled Sailabration during a ceremony at the Inner Harbor. Maryland Star-Spangled 200 will take place on June 13-19, 2012 in the Inner Harbor and the Chesapeake Bay.
