Robotics team

The Western High School's all-girls robotics team will be competing in the First Robotics Competition at the <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PLCUL0000139" title="Baltimore Convention Center" href="/topic/economy-business-finance/baltimore-convention-center-PLCUL0000139.topic">Baltimore Convention Center</a> this weekend. With help from mentors, the team members built a basketball shooting robot in six weeks. Team members are (left to right) Sydney Johns, Amber Matthew, Keimmie Booth and mentor Jayesh Jariwala, an engineer with Applied Control Engineering.
