( Amy Davis/Baltimore Sun / January 31, 2011 ) The U.S.S. Constellation sails toward the Domino factory in Locust Point on its way to the Sparrows Point Shipyard for repairs. Two tugboat operators, Vane Brothers Towing and Smith Marine Towing (pictured), volunteered their services to move the Constellation today and the submarine Torsk on Sunday to a shared dry-dock. |
