The 24 members of the Montgomery County delegates don't have a lot to love in the budget plan, so keep an eye on Del. Brian J. Feldman (left), the chair of the delegation. The plan raises taxes on the wealthy, many who live in Montgomery County. Montgomery County Executive Ike Leggett has voiced tepid support of the plan — and you can bet some of Feldman's delegates won't be thrilled to take the vote.
