Directing

Maryland State Police cadet Christian Short directs a truck to a parking lot at FedEx Field. The State Police and other law enforcement agencies are checking trucks, taken off the Capital Beltway, in a surprise safety inspection. Upon inspection, this truck was taken out of service.
