Festivals honorable mention

The honorable mention for this week's Reader SunShots contest "Festivals" goes to Kevin Moore for his picture from the Kinetic Sculpture race. One of the entries for the race was "Bling Dynasty," celebrating China's culture. The picture was taken with a Canon7D. Here is a critique by Baltimore Sun director of photography Robert K. Hamilton. "There is always a lot going on at this event. I like how the photographer singled out this person, and by using a limited depth of focus, separated her from the background."
