Judge Gale Rasin

Baltimore Judge Gale Rasin won grant money to create a Mental Health Case Management docket in the city's circuit court for mentally ill defendants. It's modeled on the efforts of several lower courts throughout the state, though it will be the first such docket at the felony level in Maryland.
