Detroit Lions (10-5)

The Lions have already clinched their first trip to the playoffs since 1999.

With a win Sunday at Green Bay or a Falcons loss to Tampa Bay, the Lions would get the No. 5 seed and visit the NFC East champion in the wild-card round. The other scenario would have them visiting the 49ers or Saints.

Detroit hasn't won a playoff game since 1991.
