( US Presswire / July 16, 2012 ) Pen still mightier: The bullpen pitched a shutout Tuesday night, working nine straight scoreless innings to cash in the Orioles' second five-run comeback in eight days, but that's just one game. Dating back to Kevin Gregg's four-run blowup in the finale of the Yankees series last Wednesday, the O's bullpen came out of Wednesday night's series finale against the Mariners with just one run allowed in 25 innings. And everybody in the 'pen, including Gregg, has made a positive contribution. |
