The following schools and school systems are closed Monday or will open on a delayed basis due to sleet and freezing rain:
Maryland
- Washington County Public Schools - Hancock schools are closed. All others are on two-hour delay. No a.m. or p.m. prekindergarten.
- Frederick County Public Schools - Urbana Elementary School closed due to lack of heat, other schools on two-hour delay. Morning Pre-k and Career and Technology Center students will dismiss one hour later than usual. Afternoon pre-k will start 1 hour later than usual and dismiss at the usual time; afternoon CTC classes will start 40 minutes later and dismiss at the usual time.
- Broadfording Christian Academy - 2-hour delay
- Gateway Christian Academy - Closed
- Grace Academy - 2-hour delay
- Heritage Academy - 2-hour delay
- Mt. Aetna Adventist Elementary School - Closed
- St. Mary Catholic School - 2-hour delay
- St. Maria Goretti High School - 2-hour delay
- Truth Christian Academy - 2-hour delay
- Hagerstown Community College - Will open at 10 a.m.
- University System of Maryland at Hagerstown - Will open at 10 a.m.
- Hood College - Will open at 10:30 a.m.
- Frederick Community College - Will open at 11 a.m.
- Mount St. Mary's University - Will open at 10 a.m.
Pennsylvania
- Central Fulton School District - Closed.
- Chambersburg Area School District - Closed
- Fairfield Area School District - 2-hour delay
- Fannett-Metal School District - Closed
- Forbes Road School District - Closed
- Franklin County Career & Technical Center - Closed
- Greencastle-Antrim School District - Closed
