1 oz. Buffalo Trace bourbon<br> <br> 1 oz. Fernet Branca<br> <br> 1/2 oz. honey syrup (equal parts clover honey to water)<br> <br> 4 1/2 oz. hot water<br> <br> Twist of lemon<br> <br> Mix the bourbon, Fernet Branca and honey syrup in a glass. Top it off with hot water and the twist of lemon.
