( Casey McKeel ) Hundreds of runners flooded the downtown area for the Baltimore Marathon on Saturday. Occupy Baltimore shared McKeldin Square with them, and in the spirit of the marathon, many dressed up in running apparel and wore bibs with the number "99" to represent the 99 percent. Later, as part of a global day of action, there was a march on the banks. One hundred people marched up Light Street to CitiBank, Wells Fargo, and then to T. Rowe Price, chanting "Banks got bailed out, we got sold out!" |
