Trent Dixon, 19, a graduate of Greencastle-Antrim (Pa.) High School, was promoted to assistant field jobs manager at ScrapRight Software.
His responsibilities consist of the installation of hardware at various scrap yards across the continental United States, as well as helping to facilitate the maintenance of ScrapRight’s central office in Waynesboro, Pa.
He is now the youngest employee at ScrapRight to hold a lead role position.
Edward Jones
MIDDLETOWN, Md. — Edward Jones financial adviser Brad Myers and branch office administrator Sandy Usiak in Middletown recently were ranked within the top 25 percent in the United States for client service excellence at Edward Jones.
The honor was bestowed based upon the results of a survey in which random clients were asked to rank the service they received from the staffs of their local Edward Jones branch offices. The survey identified Myers and Usiak as providing some of the most exemplary client service within the firm.
BlueRidge Bank
FREDERICK, Md. — Timothy G. Henry was appointed executive vice president at BlueRidge Bank, a commercial bank based in Frederick.
Henry, a banking industry veteran with more than 29 years of experience, will lead efforts to bring community banking to existing and future BlueRidge Bank customers in the Washington County market.
Henry joins the executive management team that includes J. Brian Gaeng, president and chief executive officer, and Executive Vice President Richard Marshall, two banking industry veterans who also have ties to Washington County.
Since 2007, Henry has served as CEO of Centra Bank-Hagerstown. During the decade prior to that, he was with Hagerstown Trust Co., now Columbia Bank, and was promoted to senior vice president and senior lending officer there in 2004.
Callas Contractors Inc.
• Nicholas V. Hill Sr., vice president and corporate secretary of Callas Contractors Inc., successfully completed Part III of the Rotary Leadership Institute Main Line USA.
The Rotary Leadership Institute’s mission is to provide an educational opportunity for Rotarians identified as potential leaders by their club presidents.
Hill has been with Callas for more than 28 years.
• Lisa Fox, an employee of Callas Contractors Inc., achieved the level of Certified Occupational Safety Specialist, or COSS.
COSS is an in-depth set of learning modules that equip workers with core competencies of occupational safety and health for the construction field.
Fox is one of less than a dozen professionals in the Tri-State area to carry this credential. She has worked at Callas since 1996.
