WOODBURY, N.J. — Teresa Mondile, daughter of Donald and Jane Violet of Hagerstown, has been honored as the employee of the month for February at Underwood-Memorial Hospital.

A graduate of Hagerstown Junior College, Mondile joined Underwood's department of radiology 19 years ago. Once she learned of Underwood's plans to establish the Women's Health Center, Mondile pursued her certification for mammography.

She has been the mammography radiographer at the Women's Health Center at Mullica Hill Commons since it opened in October 2009. When Mondile isn't performing mammography screenings, she pursues opportunities to spread the word about the importance of mammography and the services at the Mullica Hill center.

Residing in Deptford Township, N.J., her family life revolves around baseball. She met her husband, Steve, when he played for the Baltimore Orioles. He now runs an inside baseball-coaching center and their sons, Steven, 14, Tyler, 13, and Austin, 7, play baseball.

Underwood-Memorial Hospital is a 305-licensed bed, acute care, nonprofit hospital and is Gloucester County's largest employer, with more than 1,800 full- and part-time employees.

Albright Crumbacker Moul & Itell LLC, certified public accountants, announces the promotion of Lisa D. Wenger, CPA, to senior accountant.

Wenger, a Waynesboro, Pa. resident, has been a member of ACM&I's team since June 2000, and while working full time, earned her Bachelor of Science and master's degrees in accounting, and successfully passed the CPA examination to become a certified public accountant in 2009.

ACM&I also welcomes Michelle L. Moore to its team.

Moore, a Hagerstown resident, obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and business administration in December 2010 and joined the team as a staff accountant in January. She also completed an internship with the firm during the summer of 2010.

FRANKLIN COUNTY, Pa. — Scott Palmer and Todd Crawford with Jack Gaughen Realtor ERA were recognized as agents of the month for January in the Greencastle office.

The award is given based on the number of listings taken, sales made and closed sales, as well as attendance of Realtor functions and continuing-education classes completed.

Palmer was recognized for five years and more in the business category. Crawford was recognized for the five years and less in the business category.

Palmer has been selling real estate for 25 years and is an associate broker. He resides in Greencastle with his wife, Dawn, and their daughter.

Crawford has more than 20 years of business and sales experience. He is licensed to sell all types of real estate in Pennsylvania.

Jack Gaughen Realtor ERA's Waynesboro office is recognizing Paul Gunder and Kim Mills for excellent performance in January based on the number of new listings, sales and referrals, attendance at real estate meetings and workshops, and customer satisfaction reports.

Gunder has been a licensed Realtor since 1979 and holds licenses for Pennsylvania and Maryland. He is among the top 2 percent of NRT's sales professionals, based in gross income. He specializes in residential and developments.
