WINCHESTER, Va. — Stuart Sinclair recently joined Coldwell Banker Premier Properties’ Winchester office at 1682 South Pleasant Valley Road as a real estate salesperson.

Sinclair has more than 30 years of industry experience. A full-time Realtor, Sinclair received his real estate salesperson’s license in 1980, and earned his broker’s license in 1985.

He is a member of the Virginia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

Ludwick Eye Center

Dr. Chad Tiede, associate of Ludwick Eye Center in Hagerstown, is board-certified by the American Board of Optometry after passing the board certification examination administered in July.

To attain the honor, Tiede completed a series of rigorous post-graduate activities. He then passed an examination on issues spanning the scope of the practice of optometry. The achievement earned Tiede the title of diplomate, American Board of Optometry.

Tiede also has enrolled in the 10-year maintenance-of-certification process, which is dedicated to keeping current in the field of optometry and delivering quality patient care.

Tiede has been practicing optometry since 2005.

He sees patients at 1150 Professional Court, Suite B.



Jefferson Memorial Hospital

RANSON, W.Va. — Dr. Nyagon Duany, orthopedist, recently joined the Jefferson Memorial Hospital medical staff, practicing at University Orthopedics and Sports Medicine.

Duany graduated from Indiana University School of Medicine. Her internship was in surgery at the Indiana University School of Medicine, and she completed her residency in orthopedic surgery at Howard University. She completed her fellowship in sports medicine at Wellington Sports Medicine/University of Cincinnati.



Convoy of Hope

Dr. Rebecca Wagner, a local periodontist, was the dental team leader at the Convoy of Hope event Sept. 22 at Fairgrounds Park in Hagerstown.

Approximately 20 volunteers, including Shirley Lenharr and Heather Imes of Wagner’s practice, performed 750 free oral-cancer and dental screenings as part of the charitable event

Wagner has led the dental team for the past five years. She enjoys reaching out to the community and volunteering her expertise and skills to improve the oral health of those who are unable to afford regular dental treatment.
