Chandler is licensed to list and sell all types of real estate in Pennsylvania.

She is a certified medical assistant and has several years of experience as an office manager.

ASMBS is a nonprofit organization that provides certification for bariatric nurses.

FREDERICK, Md. — Chief Kim C. Dine, chief of the Frederick Police Department, announced the following promotions:
• Eric D. Stanley to the rank of sergeant
Stanley is an 18-year veteran of law enforcement. He joined the department in January 1994, and is a graduate of the 37th Frederick Police Academy. In June 2006, he was promoted to corporal and has served as an assistant supervisor in the Patrol Division and Community Services Division.
In addition to his daily assignments, Stanley was a member of the department’s Special Response Team for 12 years; he has been a field training officer; a general police instructor; a firearms instructor; and an emergency vehicle operations instructor.
Stanley holds a Bachelor of Arts in sociology from Mount St. Mary’s University.
• Matthew J. Carrado to the rank of corporal
Carrado is a nine-year veteran of law enforcement. He joined the department in November 2003 and is a graduate of the 46th Frederick Police Academy. In April 2012, he was designated an acting corporal and has served as an assistant supervisor to Patrol Squad E.
In addition to his daily assignments, Carrado is one of the department’s multilingual officers and a drug-recognition expert.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in criminal justice from the University of Maryland.
