How did you get into your business, and what motivated you to start it? Retirement with travel options
Previous business experience: Gibson is assistant chief at the National Institutes of Health Fire Department in Bethesda, Md., and plans to retire in December. He has been a volunteer firefighter for 37 years, in addition to his 23-year professional career, and has prepared food for volunteer fire department fundraisers, and cooked meals at firehouses. Baker retired as an educator with Washington County Public Schools.
