Chicago seems to have an uncanny knack for launching and nurturing young talent, with trumpeter Hill in the latest new wave of emerging talent. A serious musician, accomplished instrumentalist and promising composer, he'll celebrate the release of a CD, "Sounds of the City," that features all these talents. Hill collaborates with alto saxophonists Christopher McBride and Greg Ward, pianist Joshua Mosier, bassist Charlie Kirchen and others.
