The political satire group The Capitol Steps gives you its take on the presidential campaign between Mitt Romney and President Barack Obama: "Take the Money and Run for President." It's the title of the ensemble's latest comedy production and most certainly will offer more entertainment than an empty chair.

Why go: The inaugural address from this comedy troupe that has been performing for more than 30 years will be like none you have ever heard.

Reconsider: Politics is parody.
