Brett D. Tande has been named vice president and treasurer for the CDH-Delnor Health System in Winfield. He is responsible for managing all treasury operations, including banking, credit, investments and capital market transactions. He also will evaluate strategic initiatives. Tande, 33, comes to CDH-Delnor from Morgan Stanley, where as executive director he focused on financings and strategic advisory assignments for nonprofit hospitals and health systems. He began his career with KPMG and also worked at Raymond James. Tande has a B.S. in business administration from Washington University in St. Louis.
