Jeffrey E. Kopiwoda has rejoined Funkhouser Vegosen Liebman & Dunn after spending nearly seven years as the global head of legal affairs for an international group of financial services companies.

His practice areas include enterprise organization, contracts, international business transactions, intellectual property, labor and employment, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, securities and financial services.

In his own firm, Kopiwoda has been outside corporate counsel to business clients.

Kopiwoda received his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law.
