David Metrick, senior managing director, Studley

David Metrick has joined the Chicago office of Studley as senior managing director. He will develop and run the commercial real estate firm's Midwest Retail Group.

In more than 21 years in commercial real estate, Metrick has completed more than 12 million square feet of transactions throughout the Midwest.

Most recently, Metrick was executive vice president of corporate advisory services for Transwestern based in Chicago. He also spent eight years with the Staubach Co. and five with CB Richard Ellis, managing retail corporate advisory service platforms.

He received his B.S. in economics from the University of Iowa.
