Lloyd Shields, chief financial officer, IFF

Lloyd Shields, 60, has been named chief financial officer at IFF, the Midwest's largest lender to nonprofit organizations.

Before joining IFF, Shields, 60, spent more than 30 years at JPMorgan Chase (originally First National Bank of Chicago), most recently as chief financial officer for Corporate Real Estate & Security.

At IFF, Shields will oversee financial planning, accounting, cash management, investments, audit and fiscal operations as well as government compliance.

Shields has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Loyola University Chicago.
