Recipe:
1 ounce W.L. Weller 107 Antique bourbon
1 ounce Punt e Mes
1/4 ounce Alcyone Tannat dessert wine or sweet port
1/2 ounce candy sugar (white sugar caramelized and then diluted with water)
1 whole egg
Nutmeg garnish
Save garnish, combine ingredients in shaker; shake hard.
Strain into rocks glass; add grated nutmeg garnish.
