Forcino, McFadden awarded Altizer memorial scholarships

The Center for Joint Surgery and Sports Medicine awarded its annual Dr. Tom Altizer Memorial Scholarship to Tracy Forcino and Brittany McFadden, 2012 graduates of Williamsport and Hancock Middle-Senior High Schools, respectively.
