1. Horses on display
Washington County open model horse show will be from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 17, at Washington County Agriculture Education Center Multipurpose Building, 7303 Sharpsburg Pike, south of Hagerstown. Open to youth ages 18 and younger. Classes include fun division open to all brands of horse models, performance division for Breyer/Stone brands only, and halter, for Breyer/Stone brands only. 3.The Bard and love
The Springs Chamber Ensemble will present a musical celebration of Valentine's Day at 3 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 17, at Hancock Performing Arts Center, 126 W. High St., Hancock.
