Nine pairs competed Friday, Jan. 11, during a meeting of the Little Heiskell Duplicate Bridge Club.
Ann Lebherz and Willa Garner finished first in both the A and B strata with a 62.50-percent game. Rich Evans and Jim McCracken were second in Flights A and B with a 59.72-perent game, and Dennis Wick and John Nimitz placed third in Flight A with 52.08 percent. Barbara Couch and Frank Carden came in fourth in Flight A and third in Flight B with 51.39 percent, and Alan Brown and Barbara Burkhardt were first in Flight C with 47.92 percent.
The Little Heiskell Duplicate Bridge Club meets at 7 p.m. Fridays at American Legion Post 42 on Northern Avenue in Hagerstown. All bridge players are welcome. For more information, call 301-797-4627.
