It's that time again—we're asking for your help in naming The Herald-Mail Company Person of the Year for 2009.
The criteria are simple. The candidate must live in Washington County. He or she must have made a meaningful contribution to the community during 2009.
The Herald-Mail Company Person of the Year will receive a crystal bowl and have his or her name engraved on a permanant plaque at The Herald-Mail Company. The Herald-Mail Company will also donate $1,000 to the charity of the winner's choice.
Please submit nominations by Friday, Nov. 20 2009. Some nominees may be considered for additional stories about people who make a difference in our community.
