For easy of navigation and for insight into structure, I have completed adding an exhaustive, bookmark-linked Table of Contents to the 1990 page Pelosi health care Bill – “Affordable Health Care for America Act”. Every Section is linked in the TOC and is described by the same description as that used in the body of the Bill itself.
