From what I read, and from speaking to my parents who went, the recent flu shot clinic held for high risk patients in Washington County was organized and executed in exemplary fashion. Rarely, IMO, do you see a government agency pull-off something this well-run and with such a high level of consideration for customer satisfaction. Seems they ran it as a drill for an emergency situation, so they got more bang for the buck in the form of training and learning exercise.

Last year the public clinic held at South High that I attended was also well run.
