I think the reason that no one ever runs into anyone in the chat room is because the forum doesn't show if anyone is in there. You don't know if anyone is in there unless you go in and look.

Sorry.I was watching Lost last night. Boone died! And the goofball had her baby and the japanese couple are kinda speaking to each other again and Locke is gone off some where and last week the light came on in the dome and......

But I agree it would be nice to know who's in the room so's ya don't run in to some one ya don't care for. How awkward!

The creepy lady who says "Welcome" kinda freaks me out.

Need an icon at the top of the site for the chat room.Like they have for the search,members and calendar(I'd do with out that one if necessary).I have to keep using my favorites and go in that way.

Under "my controls" there is a personal pad where you can paste data. Maybe you could paste the address there and use that until or if something else is provided.

Oddly enoug, it appeared to be working on the weekend that the forums were down, but then the forums came back up and the chat room went down.

BMIC's right. It was the only thing working then, just hasn't worked since.

Cool, did not know H-M Forums had at chat room setup. Hopefully it will work in the future. The MSN one was very temperamental on my home PC and at work the firewall blocked it for some reason. Probably because MSN was involved!

Is the H-M chat still setup with the new website software or was this a thing of the past that fizzled out?
