May 28th and 29th the WV Wine,Arts,Food and Brews Festival is going on again this year.Last year it was pretty good.We went on Sunday and had good time. Theres different kinds of music playing all day,from blues to jazz and bluegrass.You can go to all the different booths and taste the wines and buy them right there.I bought some bottles of raspberry mead and it was outstanding!
Last year there was only 3-4 micro brews up for sale.You can pay one price and keep going back.All the food and "beverages" are from WV.
I THINK this year we're going on Saturday.
times are:Sat. 11-7pm and Sun.1-6pm.
Belle Boyd grounds(Boydville Inn) right on S.Queen St.

I'm glad they're still having it there.There was talk of moving it to someplace like the fairgrounds,but I think looking at Art and tasteing food and wine and listening to music should be done some place pretty like the B.B. grounds.

So how was it folks? As good as the Wine fests down in Ole Virginia?

I didn't go either day. had a chance to go to a winery in Pa. and took it. Got some interresting wines there.Also had a nice lunch in a resturant just north of Lebanon.Then got to go to Front Royal on Sunday, to the N.fork of the Shennadoah.nice.Sure is a busy little town tho!
I've already been to it last year.might go next year.Never know
