I looked out my kitchen window and spotted a beautiful cat racing across Longmeadow Road and up my back hill. I went out the door into the garage, and there he was coming in the open door. He is soooo friendly. If I didn't have 2 others, I would keep him. I think he was dumped

because he is way too willing to walk into the house and have people touch him. He has claws and I don't think he has been fixed. He will have to go to the shelter

if no one wants him. I'll try to post some pics of him later, but if you or anyone you know wants a gorgeous little boy, let me know! (And no, Alexan, he's not that kind of little boy

)

He might just be lost. Does the H-M let people print free "found" ads or do you have to pay?

I don't know about the ads. The kids knocked on some doors in the neighborhood, but no one claimed him. We took him to the shelter last Tuesday, but they wouldn't guarantee that they would call me if it comes down to euthanizing him, so we are going tonight to see if we can get him back. (They put him in quarantine for 10 days because he scratched me.) I think getting my cat to accept him will be a long hard road, but it will be worth it if he gets to live out his life.

My boy has finally come back! he's been gone for about 2weks.He's such a baby(hence the name) that if someone found him they'd take him in.That's probably where he's been.
But he's back and eating ok.Looks ok too. Couple of scars on the nose. Now he's my little "thug".
I know,sickening.
I can't beleive somebody would not be looking for the cat Moms.huh.
I asked down at the local store and put up a card on the bulletin board.

Glad yours found his way home. Nobody has laid claim to this one, even at the shelter. We applied to adopt him, so hopefully we will be bringing him home sometime next week. However, if his owner showed up and wanted him back, I might be tempted to let them have him back, even after paying for him.

I was re viewing this post....and it took me to my profile, so now I am confused...
did people see the cat..of course they did, because of the comments...but when I
look, my profile shows up...so confused.....
maybe this will work,
if this is your cat,
maraialia@hotmail.com
we do not have the food or ability to care for this lovely cat
too long, and we just got a mutt, so I hope the owner sees this
or someone recognizes this cat.

and I am not able to check my e-mail during the day
from work.

That's a beautiful cat. Looks like a Seal-point or Lilac-Point Siamese. Someone's going to be missing her. You might want to call the humane society. Someone's probably wondering where their cat is.

I think you should also call Mail Call and put in there that a cat was found on East Ave.And if you've taken it to the pound you should put that in there too.
We all know that EVERYBODY reads Mail Call!

What a pretty baby! I'm sure someone will claim her. After taking Jinx to the shelter, I went back and got him. The others aren't fond of him, but they'll get over it...eventually.
Willie is a good 'ol guy, Paris. Hope you are happy with his work.
