How long will it take hagerstown city police to serve a warrent? Tomorrow will be 1 week since a bench warrent was issued for CHARLES H DIEHL.

Is an arrest warrent being issued public info? If so I don't see it as anyone being "outed".

If not, I see the point. But we often see in the paper where so-and-so was arrested for something, though it does not mean they are guilty.

Isn't it all public record anyway?
samy0
Im sure if you went to the police station and asked for the information it probably is a matter of public record. My only point was that putting someones name on a message board REALLY makes it public ph34r.gif

Plus how do we know its true except for this persons word. Why not just say a warrant was issued for someone last week and still hasn't been served. How long does it take?

Calling him out by name seems a little personal to me. If it is an arrest warrant
he hasn't been proven guilty of anything but if this info got to the wrong persons
such as bosses or landlords. it could make life difficult for this person before he even has a chance to defend himself. just my opinion
Snoopy
I definitely think it was personal.
