C- sorry you feel it is off topic. If you refer to the ice-rink issue, I think the issues are related.
However... On this forum most posters don't fear dropping an "off-topic" post in a thread now and then. Some forums are really anal about that, but here we're not and most folks do it occasionally and feel it tends to contribute to a more relaxed style.
