I went last year and plan on going this year as well.

They were a great band, and I'll bet they still are. I saw them play at a club way back when I was just out of High School, in their heyday. An acquaintance of mine knew one of the band members and we hung out with them for a time afterwards, but I can't remember which band member it was he knew - I was pretty wasted. If I were still into going to rock concerts I would definitely consider it. However, as I think Udmas is intimating, this probably belongs in the Maryland events forum, not the news forum.

Yes they are legends. Yes they made it big. Where have you been, hiding under a rock? - oh, never mind - WV hill country, I know...

Last year there were a little over 2,000 people who attended the concert. We were surprised at the varied age group. Most people there would fall into the "old fart" category. The two other women I went with, have been going to their concerts before they were even Kix (Shooze). Even the very young attendies knew all the words to all of their songs.

If you don't even know what you're posting about, better to STFU. As I said, I had a friend who personally knew one of the band members and we went and saw them play at a club way back when, and partied with them afterwards - I think I was either still in High School or just out of H.S. I can't say I'm any kind of die-hard fan of theirs, but I used to like their kind of music, a long long time ago.

I can't hear and my throat hurts It was great! This year was even better; more than 3,000 people showed up.

Definitely a great time.
